About Sams Beat Music comes first. Everything else is secondary. Music has always been a part of who I am. After years of producing, collaborating and contributing to the Norwegian music scene, life gradually took me in other directions. Following the loss of my close friend and longtime musical collaborator René Skar, music slowly faded into the background. At the same time, life changed in the best possible way—I met my wife, became part of a family, and later welcomed two children of my own. Family naturally became my priority, but the passion to create never disappeared. Eventually, the pull back to the studio became impossible to ignore.
